Office Appraisals

Office appraisals are appropriate when a valuation of single items or small collections are needed that can be easily carried into our office, such as jewelry, fine arts or other readily transportable items.

Neale & Sons Inc. often performs Historical or Hypothetical Appraisals from photographs or inventory lists only, in our office. These appraisals often do include the valuation of entire residences or inventories. Such valuations appraisals may include valuations without personal examination because the item(s) have been consumed by fire, lost, stolen, previously sold or are unavailable for viewing.
