Daily rate $1,600.00 per eight hour day.
C.
Minimum fee $400.00 (covers first two hours).

Research @ $200.00 per hour, as needed.

Additional hard copies of the appraisal report @ $25.00

Plus out of pocket expenses.

$2,000.00 per day, $250.00 per hour, $750.00 min.,
plus expenses.
6. Depositions
Actual deposition, $2,000.00 per day, $250.00 per
hour, $750.00 minimum, collected at time of deposition from deposing attorney.
7. Pre-trial
Preparation
$250.00 per hour, plus expenses
8.
Pre-Trial Consultation
$250.00 per hour, plus expenses.

- No Show Appraisal

10. Rush
Appraisal (FAXED or E-Mailed, within 2-5 working days of appraisal date).

11. Late
Cancellation (less than 48 hour notice)

- After hours (Scheduled after 4:00 PM week days or Weekend Appraisals)
$350.00 per hour, minimum fee, $700.00, including
round trip travel time, covers up to first two hours.
- Updated Neale & Sons Appraisal
$200.00per hour. Minimum $200.00
- Out of Pocket Expenses
Telephone, special equipment, transportation, food,
lodging, extra supplies or extra secretarial services, FAX, Fed Ex, etc., will
be due and payable, IN ADDITION to the fees listed above.
15. Payment
Total
Fees due prior to delivery of finished report.
*Appraisals
made by APPOINTMENT ONLY
*Information
on appraisal given to ORDERING PARTY or PARTY PAYING BILL only
*Fees
must be paid in full upon completion of work, unless a previous agreement
exists between Neale & Sons and client or previous credit has been
established with Neale & Sons.
*No
SPLIT BILLINGS, unless previously agreed upon by all parties
*We keep our appraisals
on file for 7 years.
