FIELD WORK – APPRAISAL / INVENTORY / ASSET TAGGING

A. Residential Contents Appraisal: Antiques, Jewelry, Fine Arts, Vehicles, Household Furnishings:
1. $200.00 per hour, including round trip travel time, (from our office and return).
2. Minimum fee $400.00 (covers first two hours, round trip)
3. Research at $200.00 per hour, as needed.
4. Photos @1.00 each, as needed by appraiser.
5. Plus out of pocket expenses.
6. Any additional mailing of reports @25.00 per address.
7. Standard appraisal mailed within two weeks.

B. Commercial & Industrial Appraisal:
1. Fee assessed on a case by case basis after viewing site, based on:
2. $250.00 per hour, including round trip travel time.
3. Daily rate $2,000.00 per eight hour day, including round trip travel time.
4. Plus out of pocket expenses.
5. Minimum Fee $750.00.
6. Research at $250.00 per hour, as needed.
7. Standard appraisal mailed within two weeks.
8. Photos @1.00 each, as needed by appraiser.
9. Any additional mailing of reports @25.00 per address.

C. Commercial Asset Tagging and Inventory Listing (With or Without Values):
1. Total fees assessed on a case by case basis, after viewing site, based on:
2. $250.00 hourly rate, including round trip travel time.
3. Daily rate $2,000.00 per day, (two men, tagging and inventory).
4. Custom, anodized aluminum asset tags @.50¢ each.
5. Plus out of pocket expenses.
6. If desired, VALUE DETERMINED ON ASSETS (One Value Category)
As part of the inventory listing; DAILY RATE: $2,000.00
7. Standard inventory mailed within two weeks.
8. Photos @1.00 each, as needed by appraiser.
9. Any additional mailing of reports @25.00 per address.

OFFICE WORK – APPRAISALS

A. All Appraisals: Residential Contents/Commercial and Industrial:
1. Residential contents: $200.00 per hour (min. fee; $200.00 covers up to first hour).
2. Commercial / Industrial: $250.00 per hour (min. fee; $250.00 covers up to first hour).
3. Research at $250.00 per hour.
4. Photos @1.00 each, as needed by appraiser.
5. Plus out of pocket expenses.
6. Any additional mailing of reports @25.00 per address.
6. Standard inventory mailed within two weeks.


COURT TESTIMONY, EXPERT WITNESS, DEPOSITIONS, PRE TRIAL PREPARATION, PRE TRIAL CONSULTATION

A. Court Testimony / Expert Witness
1. $2,000.00 per day, $750.00 minimum, $250.00 per hour, round trip travel, plus expenses.

B. Depositions
1. Actual deposition, $2,000.00 per day, $750.00 minimum, $250.00 per hour, round trip travel, plus expenses, collected at time of deposition from deposing attorney.

C. Pre-trial Preparation.
1. $250.00 per hour, including round trip travel time, plus expenses

D. Pre-Trial Consultation
1. $250.00 per hour, including round trip travel time, plus expenses.

OTHER FEES AND SERVICES

A. No Show Appraisal
1. $350.00 minimum, including round trip travel.

B. Rush Appraisal (FAXED or E-Mailed, within 2-5 working days of appraisal date).
1. Additional $250.00

C. Late Cancellation (less than 48 hour notice)
1. $350.00

D. After hours (Scheduled after 4:00 PM week days or Weekend Appraisals)
1. $350.00 per hour, minimum fee, $700.00, including round trip travel time, covers up to first two hours.

E. Updated Neale & Sons Appraisal
1. $200.00 minimum, $200.00 - $250.00 per hour.

F. Additional Copies of Appraisals
1. Minimum $25.00 per copy, plus postage and photos

G. Photos, @ $1.00 per print

H. Out of Pocket Expenses
1. Telephone, special equipment, transportation, food, lodging, extra supplies or extra secretarial services, FAX, Fed Ex delivery service, etc., will be due and payable, IN ADDITION to the fees listed above.

*Appraisals made by APPOINTMENT ONLY
*Information on appraisal given to ORDERING PARTY or PARTY PAYING BILL only
*Fees must be paid in full upon completion of work, unless a previous agreement exists between Neale & Sons and client or previous credit has been established with Neale & Sons.
*No SPLIT BILLINGS
We keep our appraisals on file for 7 years.

                         OTHER FEE'S

No Show Appraisal: $350.00 minimum, including round trip travel.

	Rush Appraisal (FAXED or Fed Ex, within 2-5 working days of appraisal date): Additional $250.00.
	Late Cancellation (less than 48 hour notice): $350.00.
