from us on eBay have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date the
auction closes (offer excludes S/H costs). Our goal is to provide
excellent service and have satisfied customers. We will do all we can
to reach those goals. We have been in the auction business for over 50
years and understand the importance of customer satisfaction. Personal
checks are accepted but items won't be shipped until the check clears
the bank. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and credit

Shipping and
Handling can be expensive. We do the best we can to make sure your
merchandise is delivered to you promptly and in good condition. We do
NOT charge for handling unless the item being shipped requires a
"special" sized box or you request special handling. We ship using UPS
and USPS, please remember that UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box, and
therefore any heavy purchase may cost more if we have to send it using
another shipping service. |

We have been in the
auction business since 1947 and are required to charge CA residents
sales tax. Our county sales tax rate is 8.0%. If you live in CA. and
have a resale license, we will need that number to complete our records
before we can send you the purchased items.

From time to time
we do regional sales of larger items such as furniture and automobiles.
We can provide furniture delivery within a 50 mile radius. Delivery
costs will be determined on a case by case basis. You can also use
other local delivery services. We also make arrangements for items to
be picked up at our warehouse or office. These arrangements can be made
by contacting us through email at:

provide efficient service and customer satisfaction. But having been in
the business for many years we know that unexpected things can happen.
We want all our customers to know that we will work hard to make any
unforeseen problems "right" by you the buyer. That has been our
position from the beginning and we have been very successful and pleased
to have a satisfied and wonderful customer base. Our goal is to answer

are Mon.-Fri. 9:00am-5:00pm PST. |
