Fee Schedule
FIELDWORK – APPRAISAL / INVENTORY / ASSET TAGGING
Residential Contents Appraisal: Antiques, Jewelry, Fine Arts, Vehicles, Household Furnishings:
$250 per hour. Including initial inspection and subsequent research.
Daily rate $2,000 per eight hour day.
Minimum on-site fee $500 (covers first two and half hours).
Hard copies of the appraisal report @ $25 per copy.
Plus out of pocket expenses.
Average household appraisal approximately $1000 – $2000

Damage Loss Claim, Commercial & Industrial, Machinery & Equipment Appraisal:
$300 per hour. Including initial inspection, document review, and research.
Daily rate $2,400 per eight hour day.

Additional hard copies of the appraisal report @ $25
Plus out of pocket expenses.

Commercial Asset Tagging and Inventory Listing (With or Without Values):
$250 per hour.
Daily rate $2,000 per day, (two men, tagging, and inventory).
Additional copies of the appraisal report @ $25 per copy.
Plus out of pocket expenses.

OFFICE WORK / DESKTOP APPRAISALS
All Appraisals: Residential Contents / Machinery & Equipment, Commercial and Industrial:
$250 per hour. Including initial inspection and subsequent research.
$500 minimum fee.
Additional copies of the appraisal report @ Minimum $25 per copy.
Plus out of pocket expenses.

COURT TESTIMONY, EXPERT WITNESS, DEPOSITIONS, PRE-TRIAL PREPARATION, PRE-TRIAL CONSULTATION
Court Testimony / Expert Witness
$2,400 per day, $300 per hour, $1,500 min., plus expenses.
Depositions
Actual deposition, $2,400 per day, $300 per hour, $1,500 minimum, collected at the time of deposition from deposing attorney.
Pre-trial Preparation
$300 per hour, plus expenses
Pre-Trial Consultation
$300 per hour, plus expenses.
OTHER FEES AND SERVICES
No Show Appraisal
$350 minimum.
Rush Appraisal (To be emailed within 2-5 working days of appraisal date).
Additional $250
Late Cancellation (less than 48-hour notice)

Updated Neale & Sons Appraisal
$250 per hour. Minimum $250
Out of Pocket Expenses
Telephone, special equipment, transportation, food, lodging, extra supplies or extra secretarial services, fax, Fed Ex, etc., will be due and payable in addition to the fees listed above.
Payment
Total Fees due prior to delivery of the finished report.
Travel
Travel to locations within a 75-mile radius of our offices in Saratoga, CA is included in the appraisal report fees. For each trip, after 75 miles the rate for travel is $100 per hour. Airfare, hotel, and all other travel expenses will be due and payable in addition to fees listed above.

*Appraisal reports sent out within three weeks of the initial inspection.
*Information on appraisal is given to ORDERING PARTY or PARTY PAYING BILL only
*Fees must be paid in full upon completion of work unless a previous agreement exists between Neale & Sons and client or previous credit has been established with Neale & Sons.
*No SPLIT BILLINGS, unless previously agreed upon by all parties.
We keep our appraisals on file for 7 years.
